The Bosc is a 1056 square foot home with one bedroom plus a nook, one bathroom and an attached single car garage.
The Anjou is a 1056 square foot home with one bedroom, one full and one half bath, and an attached single car garage.
The Comice is a 1344 square foot home with one bedroom plus a den, two bathrooms and an attached oversized single car garage.
The Cascade is 1470 square feet with two bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms and an attached two car garage.
The Aurora is 1875 square feet with two bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms and an attached two car garage.
Previous Built Homes
Previously built homes come in different sizes and floor plans, but the high quality finishes in each house are the same regardless of the size or floor plan. Just like homes in the newest neighborhood, every previously built house came with closets, bathroom accessories and seven appliances. As a standard there is a walk-in style shower in one bathroom, an attached garage, a private deck or patio, and every home came with a fireplace. As you look at the photographs you may see a fireplace in one floor plan, but this fireplace could also have been part of a different floor plan. Our houses are not just houses, they are homes designed so an individual can age-in-place in a home personalized by them.
