OUR HOMES

All independent homes at Crossmount are built on one level for safe aging-in-place. They have a crawl space but no stairs. Doors are 36” wide and homes are all wheel chair friendly. Energy efficient components include triple pane windows and tankless water heaters. Homes come with seven appliances, finished closets and bathroom accessories. Crossmount is on city water and is a pet friendly community. At Crossmount we take the hassles out of home ownership by providing both external and internal home maintenance services. Snow removal and landscaping are taken care of by our considerate staff and garbage/recycling pickup is included.  All homes also come with a security system.
